FireHouse Subs 2712 E Burleigh Blvd. Eustis, Florida 32726 Employees was very nice and friendly like always! I always order the Hook & Ladder but today I ordered their New! Everything Hook & Ladder which is a limited time special and it was dangerously delicious! It’s a must try! Oh I added extra onions and jalapeños and banana peppers!
Firehouse of course is awesome but the staff on the evening shift at this location (Tavares) right now is terrible with time management. Ive been been on hold several times and last night drove to this location WHILE i was still on hold to find that the staff were all in the back and NOT busy with a customer. After i explained that i was also the caller on hold, they hung up the call. To make matters worse, a woman in scrubs entered while i was there WITH THE SAME COMPLAINT. I only have this issue with the evening staff. Hopefully it will improve.
Really grateful they offer a gluten free bread now. I am a real celiac person. I don't eat gf cause it's trendy. Thanks Firehouse Subs!
