Food is always good, I would give 5 stars, but some of the staff (depending on who's working when I come in) can be quite rude, annoyed or rritated because you may ask for something extra, just because you are there. It seems like no matter how polite and friendly I am, it doesn't seem to help.

Unfortunately go to Subway Today 08/03/2020 located at 469 Plaza Dr, Eustis, FL 32726, It is not recommended as they do not follow business hours rules. I went to buy some sandwiches and this place was already closed 8:25 PM an hour and a half before closing as it says on the door. An employee came out with a negative attitude. Using as an excuse that she was working alone at that time and allowed her to close at the time she wanted. Offering with their negative attitude to download the application on my phone, when in the past I had a bad experience of double collection and they solved it by giving me extra order when I did not need it. When he took the picture of the scheduled schedule, he came out screaming that he cares if I have to report what happened or not ... I should have more empathy and if this situation is to be avoided, a Manager or Assistant to help him sustain the business. and not to be nice to the employees. If the restaurant has cameras, they could see how many customers tried to go shopping and were rejected by this business ... I hope you consider this message and have better training for these employees at this location ... I do not recommend anyone as long as I have irresponsible people working at that location ...
Steak and cheese was good as well as turkey and ham. Excellent service. No roast beef anymore is very disappointing.
The old man who was working was very nice. But the woman working was rude and talking under her breath about being understaffed. Off putting to say the least. She was too worried about bread than helping me and the guy in line. I waited a solid 4 minutes before it was my turn. It wasn’t busy inside at all. Finally was able to be helped to find out they don’t carry what I wanted to order. I left. I won’t be back. It’s sad to say that because I used to work for subway a years ago and loved them. But I won’t return.
They ignored me and my friend , didn’t even say hi like normal customer service. They just asked what we want and had their own chit chat, singing songs. The person taking care of me stopped in the middle of my order to do a different sandwich which I assumed was an online order. But they let my hot sandwich sit there and I had to wait for someone else to finish my order. Plus there were I assume higher management just walking around talking loud as heck. No one seemed to care . Wrapped my sandwich up in the paper that was with it in the oven (which wasn’t normal)
