Used the Sheffield branch of Evans Cycles twice now due to issues with my ebike. Both times hannah has been amazing and fixed my issues (claimed under Specialized warranty) both times. Both visits I encountered lovely and friendly staff and both times Hannah has pulled it out the bag and got me riding the next day. Amazing service, thank you Evans ( and Hannah)

Good friendly staff and a big maintenance area for repairs and servicing. Slightly disappointed with the sales knowledge on certain products. But I'm suspecting that this particular member of staff's day to day tasks are bike repairs rather than technical sales.
Had some reservations about buying a new Trek ebike through the Evans web site due to having read some dire reviews about this company. In addition the Evans website has no meaningful contact details available to check stock etc so I decided to call the Sheffield shop to see if they could help. The team there, in particular James couldn't have been more helpful & gave me the confidence to order on line & have my bike sent to the Sheffield shop for me to collect. My order was processed in under 2 days and my bike was ready to collect a few days later. The workshop team prepped the bike including converting to tubules tyres. Thanks to everyone for a great job, especially James.
Amazing staff Chris changed my bike seat in 2 mins and was kind enough to check the air in the tyres. I highly recommend it.
Ordered a bike from the website but when it arrived it was damaged. Staff there were excellent and fixed it for me, fantastic service!!
