My wife took her car to the wrexham branch for service and MOT, came back with a 1300 bill which is shocking! But as she doesn’t know much about cars, she felt obliged to pay on the spot before she was able to speak to anyone for advice. Having looked through the list of the work required and the work thats been done, we can clearly see that a lot of the work has not been done and still been charged for. I sincerely hope they will answer my phone calls to give a valid reason for this, otherwise we will be taking it further

Recently bought a car in EH. When I spoke to salesman he confirmed that car has 2 keys. Once I picked up the car in my local dealership in Wrexham the key disapeared and no one can say where or if the key existed. Now have to pay for a spare. Also had been promised cars from EH comes with a minimum 6 months MOT..mine has got only 3 months?! On top of that I had the dis-pleasure of meeting so called manager. The rudest and most argumentative car salesman ever!Buying a car should be a pleasant experience but this man managed to ruin it and put me of recommending Evans Halshaw to anyone! Once they have had your money they couldn't care less...glad I didn't take any aftercare warranties as I won't be back at EH ever again

Terrible! Simply wanted to book car in for Ford Safety Recall Re: Clutch Slip Detection Software. Stood waiting for 15 mins. Finally got seen, only for assistant to disappear for another 10 mins. Then find she's on the phone! Walked out, and won't be dealing with Evans Halshaw again. Maybe if money was changing hands I would have got better service. PS. Why do I have to give 1 star in order to post this review?
