Told the woman at the counter I needed a drive up 5x10 unit, the website showed multiple units available. As a result of COVID-19 I was not able to check the unit before I rented (Understandable). Gave all the necessary information, information was typed in incorrectly (Pointed it out and got it fixed) was asked to sign the paperwork, (Hours of operation, how to sign in/out of the property, when rent was due ETC was not explained!) NOTHING WAS REVIEWED BY THE WOMAN AT THE COUNTER (I'm familiar with renting units so FINE). Drove to the unit, it was NOT A DRIVE UP. It was 5x10 units in a building that you drive up to. Asfghjkl?!? Went back explained I had specifically asked for a particular unit and wanted it changed got excuses XYZ, asked to move out. Upon telling the woman I wanted to move out was told OK I was good to go,, I asked for paperwork and a receipt showing that I had moved out.... excuses, two other attendants came over to see what was happening. On a separate occasion went to rent a auto transport trailer with a Nissan Titan and was told my vehicle didn't have to towing capacity for that. Asdfghjkl?!?! Excuse me, I towed a fully loaded 5'x8' UHAUL cargo trailer to NY no problem. In SHORT purchase your moving supplies, boxes, dollies, get a trailer hitch installed, ETC but be prepared to go back and forth to get the service you want/need. **Zero stars for rating is not an option, had it been, that would have been my rating**

Had a difficult move from Watertown to Savannah, GA, but the workers here made it a lot easier for me, especially when it came to safely securing my lifted 4Runner to the car trailer. Really appreciated their patience and willingness to help.

I have a 2017 F150 Supercrew Cab with 5 1/2 ft bed. And I rented a 10x20 storage unit. I was able to back the truck into storage unit and close it. There was just enough room for me to close. Great price and good situation for me.
