Staff members were very helpful in explaining step by step how to provide respectful care for family members and friends at the challenging time of my mothers death. They arrived at the nursing home as requested soon after the death to help us transition and for several days afterward remained in close contact providing important information and suggestions about how to write an obituary, and they contacted the local newspaper to place the obituary. They explained how to obtain a death certificate, how the cremation process works, and have assisted us in planning for funeral services. They continue to reach out to us at times, offering their help as we continue to transition through our loss.
