We rented a house on High Rock Lake through Evans Properties for nearly two years. The staff at Evans are all extremely professional and super friendly. Any time there was a problem at the house (normal wear and tear issues with appliances or plumbing, etc.) they would send someone out immediately. I read some other reviews where people grumbled about losing their deposit. We are a family of five (two of which are teens) and I'm sure we can be hard on stuff, but we had no problems... We received all our deposit back after we left. So don't let those reviews scare you. The folks at Evans are more than reasonable. I can't say enough good things about this company. Our experience with them was fantastic. Great selection of properties and wonderful staff. So if you're looking to rent or buy in Lexington, you should absolutely give Evans Properties a call or visit.

Great experience with the office staff. They really have gone beyond during this pandemic.
I paid my application fee 10 days ago. But they are slow to finding me a place. If there is something wrong. I wish realitor would tell you. Don't keep people hanging on. Me I'm being evicted because the property owner want to sell his property. I need something with in the next 9 days. Don't Keep me waiting. Tell me if you you are going to take me as a renter or not!!!
