I’ve been working with Alim insurance for the past couple years and the team has always been quick and responsive to any claim I have had to file. Extremely professional and has always walked me through every process and did a great job checking in with me as well.

Called Muhammad on several occasions started the week prior to Nov. 4th. He received mine and my partners personal information and never returned my calls. I called several times always him saying I’ll call you back in 5 minutes, when I do get an answered call. I’m still waiting on those call backs. He even said the delay was due to his assist quitting. Well, it’s been weeks and I’ve been told at least 4 different times; I’ll call you back in 5 minutes...........several weeks have gone by and I’m still waiting.
