We would highly recommend Jose. He is always prompt and courteous. We have used him to service our garage door on several occasions. He is always able to diagnose the problem quickly and resolve it in a timely fashion. His prices are very reasonable, and we would not hesitate to call on him again if we need repairs in the future. By far the best customer service I have gotten from any home service company out there. The process was great and awesome. Very responsive, they kept me informed all through out and the technicians are simply very professional, polite and courteous. I wish I remember the names of the 2 techs that came first for the quote. Techs came over for the install and they did an amazing job. Very detail oriented individuals, that take pride in the work they do. Will use again and recommend them. Call them you wont be disappointed.
Max came out the day of and was honest and amazing services I am in the process of selling my house and inspection reported an issue with the garage door opener. Seemed to work fine to me, but inspectors didn’t think so. The unit is fairly old, I was already prepared to change out the unit, but he tuned it up and works like new. Saved me a lot of money. Our garage door was super noisy and since we moved to our new home. I was looking forward to get it serviced. Finally, I called Evanston Garage Door Repairs Service for fixing it.Jose was puntual .The door service included springs tension verification and adjustment, lubrication of all the moving parts including the opener chain track. Also, my busted safe sensor got replaced.I will definitely use their services again.
Great experience. Most places charge for the estimate, and push up sell. Max came for a free estimate and gave honest options from the simple, low cost temporary quick fix, to other available options with the cost estimate. The honesty was greatly appreciated. When my parents are ready to upgrade, this will be the first place we call. Thank you for the great service!
