The menu descriptions don’t do this place justice. The food and service is excellent. The flavors compliment so well. The Afghan rice is an absolute must. The sweetness of the caramelized carrots and raisins goes perfectly with the subtle spice in the meats. We will definitely be back. Can’t believe we hadn’t tried this place earlier.

Delicious food and great service ! This was our first time trying Kabul House. The food tasted amazing and fresh! They have a good selection to choose from on their menu. The service was also excellent! The servers were very attentive and helpful in showing pictures of the dishes and answering questions. We were seated right away and our food arrived in a timely manner. The servers kept checking in on us to make sure we had a wonderful experience. The ambience of the place is very well kept and super clean! Would highly recommend will definitely be returning!
Very nice and friendly staff, it was my first time going to this restaurant loved it the way they explained their menu. Combo Kabab was delicious with Rice and very reasonable price. I would highly refer going there.
I am not a huge fan of any cuisine in particular. A friend of mine took me there and said: trust me! He was right: the food is great. I had some lamb which I usually avoid, it was delicious!
New to Chi-town and decided to give this place a try on the way home from work. All I can say is the the food was excellent. Also they have a good chocolate tres leches.
