Called in and took care of a problem on Friday at 9:30 am and they still said they cant help restore gas until Monday..Must be really hard to turn a key and remove a lock. The first guy that I asked for help hung up on me, the second lady was at least semi helpful.
Called two months ago to see if there was a remaining balance on a closed account and they told me no that everything was paid for. Closed account mid February now that its may i get a bill saying i owe over 200(no other mail till now). Called them and they have no record of me calling or paying anything since November. Not happy.
They are local gas for homes and bissuness. Why to go keep us warm using gas heat home or bissuness....
Does not take fuelman and pump takes forever
