This is one of the best Targets I have ever been to in my life! After a big snow storm, the parking lot was clear of snow. There is an AMAZING textured hair collection in the store. It is one of the best I have ever seen. The entire beauty section is incredible. I also love that there are candles right when you walk in now. Everyone is trying to spruce up their home nowadays and they make it really easy!

I normally love this Target, but recently I've had several concerning experiences with the cold-goods/perishables section. I started just trying to do all my shopping here instead of going multiple places during COVID. While I knew quality wouldn't be as good or fresh, I was willing to deal with that. But from bad potatoes in the middle of the bag, to out of date meat being sold, yesterday there was straight up mold all over the cheese I got with same day services. Please be wary of this and check dates and quality when you either pick it out yourself or receive it from same day services. I still love target's curbside pickup. IMO, they are the only company doing it pretty much seamlessly. The staff here are always super friendly and helpful. I will keep coming here for my non-perishables, but no more cold goods for me :/
Come to this Target on Howard Street often, place is clean, updated, no too crowded and usually find all what I come here for. Helpful staff too.
It's a close store to me and I find most of the things I need. Employees are always helpful. Target is very clean and organized as well.
I placed an online order for a store pickup early in the morning (before the store opens). The order was placed and processed. A couple of hours later, I received an email from target stating that my order was \READY FOR PICK UP\. When I went to the store, they told me that my order was cancelled and the item was out of stock. One explanation given was that a lot of people picked up the item in the morning and so the order was cancelled. An illogical argument: 1) If my order was cancelled, why did I get an email stating that my order was ready for pickup. (screenshot attached) 2) I placed my order before the store opened, so how in the world did customers buy the product in store. Next, some of the employees were concerned enough to check if the product was still available, and they found this product in the pickup storage area. The item had no label on it, so one of the employees suggested that I can buy it in store and I readily agreed. The lady behind the order pickup/returns counter then said that even though that item had no label suggesting it was meant for somebody to pickup, she could not allow it to be sold to me. As if it was too damn difficult for her to check how many orders of that item were remaining to be picked up. The experience has been terrible. I have called customer care, had chat with agents, only to be told that there is nothing they can do. With this, I don't know how I can recommend the target store pick up experience. Moreover, if I had gotten an order cancellation email, I might have been able to place a new order where the product was still available. For once, I would appreciate people at target take responsibility and not give illogical, contradictory excuses.
