Went there yesterday to buy AC . Online it says they 20pc of the kind I want to buy , but when I went there I couldn’t find any and the manager was not helpful. She was concentrating on counting the money rather than taking care of customer.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Completely incompetent bunch of CLOWNS in TRUCK RENTAL Department. I called 4 times on 6/20/17 between 2:30PM and 3:15PM, only to have my phone answered by some Latino guy in Truck Rental, and IMMEDIATELY HANG UP! No joke...this guy mumbled, then hung up on me 4 times. I tried calling for a Manager, and received no assistance whatsoever. I then tried calling for a general assistant, and a woman answered frantically, and says "I having a terrible day, ha!" Seriously? Does this place have no guidelines or customer service protocol to abide to? This store needs a serious review by corporate, and in particular the TRUCK RENTAL Department. If you're not interested in any customers business, then go out of business.
