Customer service is very good finding someone to check out is problematic at times. Told to go to customer service, they said other side,other side said over there at the return desk. Finally got checked out by a young lady who just got done telling a coworker she was tired of dealing with customers.

Today I helped an 84-year-old friend buy a new printer! As a retired teacher, she'd done her research and pretty much new what she wanted and needed! As I went to retrieve an employee to help us, she'd already found the one she'd chosen from her online research. The employee, TAYLOR, suggested one similar to her choice, yet it was more suited to her needs and even CHEAPER! How REFRESHING to find a person in sales who is trying to SAVE you money! TAYLOR truly cared about what was best for this senior customer and had no intention of just making a quick sale! The entire time, TAYLOR was PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE, and POLITE! Thank you, TAYLOR, not just for what you did for my friend today but HOW you did it! TAYLOR is a KEEPER! )
Was greeted at the door with a smile and shortly after my entrance and looking through phone cases, I was asked if I needed assistance... yes of course, I found what I wanted and was directed to the area I would go for the rest of my items. Two men in the back quickly found what I needed and after 1235 and a receipt... I was on my way out the door. Quick and friendly service!
I ordered a switch online and they had it ready when I got there to pick it up. The 20 dollar gift that came with it did not come to my email so the lady behind the counter made sure that I got it by putting it on a gift card when I picked the Switch up. It was no hassle and very easy to do.
Face mask is required, nice and clean have a variety of electronics and appliances an lots of other things.. don't go in expecting anyone to help you do you need any assistance because they don't... I was in there for at least 10 minutes when a sells associate asked if I needed any help
