I needed a suit for me and my nephew for a funeral... I left my home state without any suits... in any case, a sales gentleman in the men's department named Derrick (spelling) was so very helpful.. he helped us get all the attire we needed for the occasion, and didn't try to sell us the most expensive suit they had. As a physician, often times people try to take advantage of that and sell the most expensive items they can muster. Derrick was patient, helpful, and courteous. He also offered his condolences... I was very pleased with Dillard's in large part because of him. He should be commended. I highly recommend this Dillard's.

I don't think I have ever been so disgusted! Towards the end of August my mother and I were doing a little shopping while I was in town, found the cutest little purse that would be perfect for traveling. Dillard's had a sale going on u buy it now at a discounted sale price then come back later to pick it up so for Christmas my mother bought it and went to pick it up. So today I opened it come to find out no strap. When she bought the purse while I was there I promise I there was a strap so someone had to go back in the bag open it took the strap and put a big bag inside to act like a strap was in there. So here I am with a really nice purse and no strap to use the purse
I couldn’t believe how big the store is as well as so many name brand products! They have one of the biggest makeup counters I have ever seen. Their perfume choices and testers were amazing
Always a great shopping experience but the clearance sales are awesome. Staff is always helpful and Store is always clean
Very classy store located in the eastland mall. The place was spotless and very bougie. Employees were very friendly. A wide variety of clothing styles and accessories.
