My mom and I went to Stagg to get some steal toe covers for her shoes for work. My mom lives an hour away. My mother drove to Stagg Safety to get her steal shoe covers. My mom asked for her size. The employee just stated, \We don't have that size\. The employee didn't even offer to order the size for her or tell her when the next shipment was going to arrive. My mom had to ask if they could be ordered or if there would be any coming in soon. The employee told my mom that they would get a shipment in next week. I gave them my number and told them to leave a message when the shipment arrived so I could pick them up for my mom. The employee stated they would call when the shipment arrived. Stagg Safety never called. My mom called them a month later and told the Stagg employee that we had never received a call. The Stagg employee stated the shipment just arrived. My mom told them she would be there that week to get the steal toe shoe covers. The Stagg employee stated that they would hold the covers for her. My mom drove to Stagg Safety, an hour away, and they told her that they just sold them because she hadn't picked them up. She went to pick them up in the same week she called them.The employees don't appear to want to keep the business running successfully or to keep there customers satisfied. Needless to say, we are not going to buy the steal toe covers from Staggs. We will go somewhere where our business is appreciated.
Deliivers what they say they will when they say they will. Have not had a bit of trouble, and the prices can't be beat.
