WILL NEVER GO BACK. Set an appointment for 3:40, they dont get you in till 4:30. took 2 hours starg to finish. Been a customer there for 20 years. They took a good thing and ruined it. 2 hours to get out of there and had to wait 2 weeks for glasses. pathetic. deserves NO STARS. COVID is NO EXCUSE for the pathetic service & waste of time. People behind counter complaining about the walk in customers, too much to list.

Evan helped me out so much I couldn’t believe. I have been doing business with Imark for 12 years and can’t go any other place.
The reason for 2 stars is because Pearl Vision has now took over and they no longer have a in store lab! You no longer get your glasses the same day! There is a 2 week wait because they now send your frames out for your lenses! Today is 2 weeks and I called to check on my glasses! I’m waiting for a callback because they don’t know if they are in yet or what box they are in and maybe it did not get recorded to show the location in the storage cabinet in store! They have the best affordable prices in town. Many other places are near to double the ! Yes pearl vision saves money by having one big lab somewhere else in the United States, but the convenience is not customer friendly! I believe out of need many that can and have the money will go to another in Evansville for same day service on glasses! FYI!!! The Doctors and employees are very friendly! I got the impression from them that they were very unhappy with the lab being removed too! I do believe they will loose a lot of business in Evansville! I can’t afford the prices of many others in town so I have no choice but to continue to go to EyeMart!
I had a great experience here with the help of Abby. She took personal time and care to help me put in and use contacts for the first time. She was so supportive! She even helped me find a pair of glasses and got me a great deal. I will definitely be going back there because of her!
I gave them my glasses a few weeks before Christmas, and they told me it would take 2 weeks at max for me to get them back. I waited four weeks and called them just so they could basically inform me that they haven’t done anything with my glasses, and that they needed to check the other Eyemarts in the area. Fast forward another week or two and I had to call them for them to let me know that they would have to get a new pair of frames as well as get my lenses changed to those frames. They never mentioned this the first time I went there to get my frames fixed.
