Great and informative fireplace displays. Michael did a fantastic job demonstrating the models and features. Staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are eye opening, but then I guess one gets what they pay for.

Wide selection of items and options, staff is very knowledgeable about their products. However, the testing of their product is limited. When making a purchase of a hot tub you want to test it out. Not a lot of selections for the model we wanted and testing it was out of the question. None the less, the service was great, answered all my questions just not able to complete the deal with a test run.
The people here really know what they are talking about! We went to buy logs for a fireplace and ended up looking at a hot tub! Great price on both!
I bought a hot tub from Firemaster. I decided to wire it up myself and when I finished the job the hot tub did not come on. I called and Shane walked me through what I had done for at least 45 minutes on a Saturday night. Bottom line, I had made a mistake in the wiring and found the problem thanks to Shane.
Outstanding work from inside the store and putting the liner in. Thank everyone involved. Great job.
