I was in town with my 2 kids for 3 days with the BMX event at Burdette Park. This hotel was affiliated with the event so I pre-booked our accommodations here. When arriving at the hotel I noticed how clean and presentable the exterior was. Inside, the hotel was clean and I was greeted with a warm welcome. There was an issue with our reservation that only showed one night stay when in fact 2 nights were booked. The evening and overnight staff helped us through this issue, Lisa I believe her name is. She was able to make the needed arrangements and all was perfect. I appreciate her effort. The breakfast buffet was filled with many selections to suite everyone. Hot eggs, sausage patties, cereals, yogurt coffee and juice. The breakfast attendant kept the area both stocked and clean. She was very pleasant. I will definitely stay at this location the next time I'm in the area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing accommodations in Evansville.

Staff friendly and professional. King suite was the largest we had ever stayed in with microwave, fridge, King bed, sleeper sofa, whirlpool tub. Very clean room and accessible shower. The indoor pool was a plus and they had great safety during COVID19 times. Thank you so much!
Decent place to stay. About all there is on west side. Really needs updating. Expensive for quality of hotel I'm assuming because of demand based on first comment. Not awful. Just average.
Very clean, and comfortable stay. This is the only hotel at which we will stay when in town.
Room spacious (a one king bed w/hide-a-bed couch) and very clean. Our only complaint was that, according to our reservation we made weeks in advance, we were able to check in as early as 3pm and when we showed up (around 345pm) we had to wait about 45 minutes to get our room because it wasn't clean yet from the last guests. Housekeeping had to still clean the room.
While the staff was very friendly and helpful I would not stay again. Our Room was extremely dusty and God only knows the last time things were vacuumed behind furniture. It has to make you wonder how sanitary it really was.
Staff is nice and friendly. The rooms are clean. The housekeeping staff are friendly. They gave us clean towels, emptied are garbage cans, made up beds, restocked the coffee every day we stayed there (3 nights, 2 days). With Covid-19 here, their restaurant area is closed, however they do a grab and go bags and they will make coffee the way you drink, they also have other breakfast drinks that they make for you. I would recommend this place to stay while traveling or visiting family.
