Families are usually going through enough mentally and emotionally if they are in a situation and having to see these folks So when a therapist is assigned I think they need to be a little more respectful especially since they are coming into our homes. And a little less ready to argue. Evryone has their own beliefs and opinions and dont have to agree with their way. I also believe since these folks are working with families and their children they should have children of their own before they have the right to come judging and telling someone else how to raise their kids. Reality is real and goes further than the text books and worksheets they study. Real life happens people make mistakes. They should have to know wha its like beinf a parent first.

To be honest they sent my wife and myself a poor excuse of parent aid, this lady doesn't even have kids and she's gonna tell me, a parent who has raised 5 of my children pretty well by myself, my oldest is 30 years old, all five of my grown up babies are successful adults, anyways she's gonna tell me how to parent. I am now still raising 3 younger babies now, I love them with ALL my heart and my beautiful wife made one bad decision and dcs took all three, broke our hearts...tonight at my visit snatched a object out of my two year olds hands, he fell on the concrete floor and bumped his head, starts crying, this little boy is my heart and SOUL, and she puts in here report that I by picking up my beautiful son and comforted him did something WRONG!!!!!. Are you serious? With this being said, I will be reporting her first thing Monday morning and she will no longer be around my children!!!!!!!! BTW I'm going to their office in person to make sure of this, see you all Monday, have a nice weekend......

Poor communication and consistency. Also they want placement to be flexible and are put off if you ask for a change. We rarely asked for schedule changes and if so it was at least a week ahead of time. They change visits the day of leaving children in tears. Poorly ran. One worker was reported for yelling at a child on the first pick up. Unacceptable!!!

5 stars for all they do. Internally, however, they may be a mess. Only suggest employment here if you have no children, are always available, and don't have an animal at home that you have to feed because you will never be home. Good pay tho! Hopefully, it doesn't still have 5 or 6 owners now because that was a mess several years ago. Ireland does do a lot of great things for children and families. Just remember that they are contracted out through Child and Family services from downtown.

Since the courts,hairdressers, bars, stores r being shut down these people r still exposing our babies to this virus! I've even tried calling the local health departments
