We got great speedy service. We notice it was starting to get warm in the house I like my house cold Im not sure what time the AC went out it was working fine all day so it had to have gone out some time after 5 around 8ish probably as I noticed it was getting really warm around 10pm on Saturday night, We didn't think we would be able to get anyone to come out till Monday especially seeing as how Sunday was Father's day. But Jack Frost did not disappoint they were at our home in 45 mins and had the problem fixed within an hour or so I thought for sure the bill was gonna be ridiculously high seeing as how it was after midnight and a holiday weekend. however I must admit I was shocked that it wasn't anywhere close to what I was expecting. Thank you all so much for speedy, quality service at a great price.

I had a great experience with Jack Frost! They penciled me in even tho they were booked up! Our AC was not cooling our home and we have a 3 month old that sleeps upstairs. They came out the day I called and fixed our issue. I felt like they actually cared about our circumstances! Call them if you need work done.

I am very satisfied!!! I called them early in the morning because our heater went out in 9 weather! Receptionist was honest and told me that they probably wouldn't get to us until late afternoon. I had mentioned to her that I am pregnant and with a 4 year old so I was going to call around to see who could get here sooner. She was VERY understanding and told me to call her to let her know if we found someone else. I called around but everyone had the same wait. She called back within the hour and said one of the techs finished early with a job and was on his way! We live out in the country. He came here, went to get a part came back and we're all fixed up and the heater is kicking! Very reasonably priced as well! We will for sure be calling them for our next HVAC needs!
