Mark and Heidi asked for half of the cost upfront, 500, and they never installed my carpet. Heidi agreed to install it today, 5/19/20, but never showed up. Now they are not answering their phone. Their claim that they took two days off to do my project is false. The entire time they were working at Arbor Apartments. Never give them any advance money. For 500, we agreed they would replace the carpet on my stairs. If they do this, I will remove this review.
