I started the process of getting a new wheelchair in February 2018. Calls go unanswered, paper work gets lost, multiple times. When I call for an update it's always \we're waiting on such and such from you or your doctor.\ when it's already been sent, twice! It should not take 6 months to order and get a wheelchair. When we order one for my daughter we will go with a different company. Unless you have all kinds of time to wait, I'd look for another company for a wheelchair The people there are very nice, I just don't understand why it takes so long and when it doesn't at other places. There is a breakdown of communication that is very unprofessional and upsetting when you need a new wheelchair sooner rather than later.
