Unbelievable!!! Approved for a 10,000 loan. Problem, payments are 379. 00 A month. 60 months. Total is 22, 274. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! That's with good credit!!! DO NOT BORROW ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Had GAP insurance on a car through them when I refinanced they did not tell me I would lose my GAP insurance. I will take partial responsibility for assuming all my coverage was the same but I feel Sheri should of told me I lost it. I didn't find out I didn't have it anymore until my car was totalled. Tried asking them if they could work something else out since they were not upfront on telling me I lost my GAP coverage. They refuse to do anything to make this right. I have been a good customer but I will never use them again and I come in contact with a lot of people needing loans and I will tell them to never go to One Main because they will deceive you.

Paid off a chunk early. Received a call from a rep in their Joplin office telling me they wanted to refinance my loan and lower my payment. I was told by a rep named Samantha that I would get a call the next morning. I waited 3 days, no call. Very unprofessional while dealing with other people's money. I am paying this off years in advance and will consider my dealings with this company as a lesson learned. I will never consider using them again.

This is the very last place you want to go for a loan! Why? There are many reasons, but for brevity, I will list only three. One: Even with excellent credit, the interest rates they offer are so high that when you're done paying off your loan, you would have paid over double what you've borrowed. Two: Payoff Problems. In order to lock an unsuspecting individual into the blackhole of forever paying interest, they do not allow early payoffs unless its directly from a checking or savings account. And three, they are very unprofessional, rude and discourteous! (Employees smoke directly in front of the business). Payday loan stores are more flexible than this entity, and that's really sad... My husband and I have learned a very valuable lesson. Always read the reviews before deciding to use any financial institution in the future! I hope this review helps someone else not to make the mistakes we made. Truly Prudence

Negative 10 stars!!! Eau Claire,WI office manager Sarah is not professional & tells different information each time you talk to her. She is rude, short when you ask a question & snippy. Sorry I ever went there. She says one thing & then the next time it changes. WORST PLACE EVER!!! Wish we would have never went there.
