Here we are 6 days from Christmas. Originally had a sectional and a king size bed from there. Within the first week of having the sectional, we noticed roaches were crawling out of the cushions. (We got both items because we moved in to a new home that didn’t have any sort of bug problem) We called them to send the couch back because who wants that in their NEW house?? Not me! Now we still had the bed, and we are less than a week from Christmas. I called them to explain to them I could not make a payment this week because my husband and I both had to miss work to wait for our COVID tests to come back. The gentleman I spoke with said “No Problem” and that we could make a double payment next week. The very next morning at 9:00am a woman called and said that the gentleman I spoke with did not have the authority to tell me I could do that and they were on the way to get my bed. Keep in mind we were current on payments and even paid extra as well because all the payments from the couch were applied to the bed payment, because while removing the couch, they scraped a lot of paint off my wall. Long story short, NEVER will myself or anyone I know EVER deal with Rent-One again. They are the most inconsiderate, money hungry Scrooge’s I’ve ever encountered. Merry Christmas to me! I’m really going to LOVE sleeping on the floor now, Rent-One! Thank you so much!!! I hope you are happy with yourselves.
Love love this place. Lillian was very help for in helping me met my needs. Only complaint I have is when I’m paying for it I should get it when I pay for it.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Cameron helped us and got us what we needed. The process did not take long as we are A List now for being former customers who paid something off.
