They were absolutely wonderful! Their communication is fantastic and I really appreciated how friendly Lori, the receptionist, was with being flexible with my schedule and giving me price run downs. Nathan came out to look at our ceiling fan and he was only here for less than an hour. He did amazing, helped fix our problem, went above and beyond, and was super friendly and personable. Would recommend and will use this company in the future!

Upgraded to 200 AMP service, answered all our questions as well as pros/cons of different options. The crews are very polite and professional in their work, cleaned up after the work was done and explained what was done and inspection of work after completion. All I had to do was accept the quoted work, and they handled the rest. Will definitely only work with Sims for any of my electric needs.
