I initially went to a “competitor store” to look for a printer for my new business, but left when that staff was unhelpful/rude. As soon as I walked into Staples I was greeted by the cashier, I asked for someone in the tech department and he happily came over right away. He answered all my questions and even pulled in the manager to help me. She was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing all I needed and I am so thrilled at how nice, helpful and informative everyone was!!! I’m definitely ONLY shopping here from now on. I highly recommend them over anyone in town! (Also I appreciated the COVID safety practices they have in place.)

Worst customer service of all time. Lady was so rude I actually walked out, drove 300yds up the street to Walmart and bought the same printer for less money. Walmart is out performing your customer service, sad day for Staples.

Was asked to leave the store due to having a medical condition that prohibits me from wearing a mask. This store is being discriminatory to individual with medical conditions. They can't seem to follow the mandate set forth in Evansville. And here are the exact stipulations of the mask mandate: Who has to wear masks, and where must they be worn? The executive order requires all Hoosiers 8 years and older to wear face coverings in indoor public spaces, while using public transportation and outdoors when social distancing isn’t possible. Masks will also be required in schools for faculty, staff and students in third grade and above. Exemptions apply to anyone who is eating, drinking, participating in strenuous physical activity or has a medical condition that prevents them from wearing a mask.

Horrible was harrassed by store employees about my medical condition i have suffered from lung issues . Made a spectacle out of it trying to cause embarrassing situation for me saying doctors order dosen't matter seriously Horrible people i left shaking in tears very traumatic situation yelling at me everyone started looking . I will never shop at a Staples agin.
