They can really make a caramel ribbon crunch and well! Friendly staff and fast service!

They were SO friendly. I got a large mocha cookie crumble with caramel al swirled through it on the inside the cup. My son go same minus the caramel. Hmmm umm good. I ended up giving a 8.00 tip. She was shocked she said most jus gives a little bit of change. But she deserved it she was super nice.
They worked there way very consistent through window. Had to wait but nothing unexpected or long. Carmel Mac was on point. Good job guys.
After placing a mobil order under tight time limits. I was told they did not have my order. They were going to remake it which was fine but after a 15 minute wait in line and told no order, they magically find my order with the mameci gave them to start with. Sad that this location has a bad reputation through prior messed up orders. They have several baristas working and on multiple occasions have messed up or lost my mobile orders. Wasted my time only to find out they never seem to improve. Obviously better training or employee scare needed and at least an apology for their mistake or miscommunication would be nice.
Love this Starbucks. The batistas are always so sweet and my drinks always come out right!
