Confused on the high rating? Lived in my house for about 3-4 years now and have had several appliances go out. Not only that, the trimming on the floor seems to break really easy and is the cheapest thing out there.

Leakage in my room from upstairs bathroom. Wall trim is extremely cheap. Entire house was made fast and without the intention of quality.

Not sure why this builder would be rated 5 stars. Our new build has had so many issues in the four months we have lived in it. Multiple leaking issues, them forgetting to fix our light and it going out in the first place, still not coming to fix our ceiling from a leak on the FIRST DAY we lived in the house. Take precautions when buying a home built by Brad Sterchi.
