The administration of this center is crazy to say the least. The children are lacking BIPs, the plan for expansion is tenuous at best, and they have very little space to provide a proper learning environment. The clinical staff is doing what they can with what they are given, however the horror stories that I am hearing from people currently employed there is very off putting. As someone who has been an RBT in this field for a couple years, never have I seen a company run in such a way. I suggest looking for a center better managed and better equipped such as Hopebridge, Circle City, or SCI. Please leave this crazy to close like it deserves.
