Good place to buy parts and supplies

Walked in Trane Supply from a sales rep recommendation I was looking for a certain tool. What a waste of time from a day off work. Seemed like I just interrupted their day. Acted like they never heard of the tool or anything that complicated. (Tool was a thermal imaging camera) First time visiter, long time Trane installer and service tech just disappointed in the service that they seemed to provide.
