I mean it’s a Wal Mart... my poor rating is based off this: if you are trying to be very cautious during due to COVID you probably shouldn’t go to this location. Every time I have gone since the mask requirements were put in place I see a ton of people either not wearing masks correctly or not wearing them at all. Just feel like they could try to enforce that a bit better; I know it’s a contentious subject (though why I can’t understand).

I’m ONLY giving it 3 stars because of their pick-up option since COVID-19 pandemic. I feel safer knowing I can get food without endangering my life. I’m ALSO giving it 3 stars, because every time I pick up my food I have to call customer service and complain about some thing. I either have young people loading my groceries, that I have no idea what they’re doing, so my food ends up smashed and ruined, OR, the Walmart shopper who is assigned to pick out my groceries does a bad job by picking out the worst products instead of the best, OR I complain to WalMart corporate, because the website says that they have items and then they don’t. Either way, I expected way more from a billion dollar company.
