Becki, Helen and Gill did an absolutely fantastic job of our company’s Christmas party. We were very late into the year in organising something yet despite this, it was no issue for them. We weren’t sure what we wanted apart from it being Christmas-themed; they came up with great suggestions and, in the end, we went with a “German Christmas Market” vibe! They were very quick in organising suppliers and prompt in keeping us updated throughout the process. They were always available to talk to and, despite suppliers getting booked up fast, they remained calm and collected and found alternatives within the blink of an eye. They took control of everything for us, which is what we wanted. They were very flexible with us too considering that we had a budget to stick to and still managed to transform the space into what we wanted, and more! Due to us being a manufacturer, we couldn’t allow any downtime so the suppliers worked with Events Northern to set up the venue in only 24 hours. They were very hands on coming to visit the site initially then meeting the caterers and other suppliers onsite prior to the date so everyone knew what facilities there was available and how to work with these so there would be no problems on the night. I felt very comfortable in leaving Helen onsite to organise everything on the day and also, for the clean up the day after! I am still receiving comments off staff on how good of a party it was; the venue looked great, the food was amazing and the staff were all lovely. Thank you ladies!
