We had an absolutely perfect experience with ordering rentals for our small backyard wedding. Dora was helpful, punctual, and overall very pleasant to deal with. Our non-profit has been renting event supplies from Events You Want for years and Dora has been amazing to work with! We run a large fundraising event requiring a lot of supplies, and her customer service never disappoints. She makes sure everything is available and is incredibly accommodating – she’s gone above and beyond when we’ve needed additional supplies closer to the event. Everything’s always been in great condition, and delivery and pick-up were on time and super easy to coordinate. She’s very friendly and quick to respond to our messages.
