Profit-minded vet. The people who work there are great, but the vet herself pushes products & services onto you. She even asks that you buy products through her when you meet her. I've been to other vets and I know that this is not normal. I've been there 3 times and each time she will ecommend\ something like dental chews or feliway and it winds up on my bill like an order. She is not recommending at that point, she is prescribing and should be explicit about that when she is talking with you. My cat had gingivitis and she recommended dental work. The estimate was a couple thousand and involved pulling out several teeth. What - why? My cat is 1 year old. He shouldn't need several teeth pulled and that wasn't even discussed with me. Just ... \dental work.\ I thought that meant a cleaning. Do not recommend this vet. Find another.

They were so kind to our little Buddy Boy who is 14 years old and had a horrible infection due to bad teeth. They were kind to us too understanding our fear of loosing him but also educating us on the importance of dental care for our pets. They took tests to make sure there was nothing else going on with our little old man before they recommended surgery so we were not putting him through any unnecessary pain. We have been going there for eighteen years now.
We recently had to say goodbye to our sweet calico cat Holly after having her in our lives for almost 20 years. It was one of the most difficult things we have had to do. Words cannot express how thankful we are to Dr Coleman and her staff. They were so tender, gentle, and caring with her. Their love and compassion meant so much to us. If you need a veterinary animal hospital that will love your pet as much as you do, then Broadway Animal Hospital and Dr Coleman and her staff is the place you want to go. Our hearts are still raw, but we know that she is no longer in any pain and that she had the best care in her final days and hours. Thank you from the bottom of our heart’s Dr Coleman and staff.
My cat developed a UTI recently so I wanted to book an appointment with Broadway Animal Hospital to have her checked out. After putting my information in on the website and returning their call to set up an appointment, they told me they were booked out until Wednesday (one week) and would recommend something sooner and hung up. Not much help and not a good first impression
