Very clean and organized. It wasn't crowded, we felt safe. We had lots of fun. Definitely will come back.

I loved Chucky Cheese for the kids and they had so much fun . One of the older gentleman definitely knew what he was doing he's management material if not already. We appreciated that thanks. It was my daughter's birthday and we finally got the discount for everything, the girl seem not to know what was the discounts or the prices and what time the place opens up we met out front beforehand. Then when the placed opened we still had to wait outside for almost 15 mins by the being even let in Checked in was cool they check temp we take own picture and give name. Prices were not too understanding because of the lack of communication from there part but other than that we had fun but they should be cleaning up after the people should I say kids get on the rides too. Didn't see that really just suggesting and all the seating arrangements seem to gravitate to the back right we were way to close to other families . Our coats had the hangers as the other 3-4 families by the time we left the had at least 4- 6 people in there group as well as us so we will be back. I just hope people keep as safe as on the floor as they do eating next time. Thank you Chucky Cheese and all your hard workers.

I am so disappointed with our most recent experience at this location. It’s as if covid doesn’t exist we came in and there must have been about 3 different birthday parties going on. It was packed ! A lot of people not wearing masks and it’s not like they were eating. No one was walking around enforcing social distancing, nothing to wipe down the machines, I had bought a two hours card and ended up leaving 45 minutes being inside didn’t even want to order food or drinks. My family and I came to this location about two months ago and it was definitely not like it is today. Horrible !

Honestly, we had the kids over there, I was worried about distancing, mask usage, and safety protocols. They did such a great job, all covid policies were being followed. They are doing a great job for the times we are in. Pizza was still pretty good too!

Loved it. But should lower the price on a ticket item for the kids. 3000 coins for a bear or ball is way too much for a child that tries so hard to get all them coins to win the prize they want. Where a Kid Can be a Kid

The kids love coming here however they are overpriced understaffed and the food isn't that great. They tend to always have at least three games that are not working however you don't find out until after you lose a couple of tokens on them!!

Stopped in yesterday with three children and it was really overwhelming, and disappointing. The children enjoyed themselves, but for me, I couldn’t believe the disregard for social distancing, and use of PPE. Many people (adults primarily) were either not wearing their masks or not wearing them properly in the play area. It was overwhelmingly dense in there with no employees enforcing covid regulations. In addition, the prizes are ridiculous, as they require way too many points to earn a single small toy (i.e 1300 points for their smallest item), you’d have to spend 2-3 hours in there to accumulate enough points. We weren’t there for long and probably won’t return until things are better. Otherwise it’s a great arcade for kids just really scary in the age of covid. They should be it by appointment slots and limit play times

We had the place all to ourselves this day right after it opened. Staff was friendly and I'll definitely come back
