This was the second time that we used Classic Remodeling NW to redo a bathroom. The first time was excellent and exceeded all expectations. The second time, what this review is based on, met most of our expectations. The design and workmanship were excellent. The only thing we had an issue with was timing. We needed the bathroom completed by a certain date due to a major surgery and despite assurances this did not happen. In the end the bathroom is by far the nicest room in our house, it is like going to a spa :-). The work is high quality and beautiful. The workers were nice and respectful of our needs while in the home. The job did cost quite a bit more than initially quoted, but that is 100% on us. We choose to upgrade parts of the job, and asked to have the roof replaced when it was found to be leaking. I would hire them again if we needed another remodel.

Paul coordinated on site and worked through several surprises that arose with a 90 year old home. I highly recommend Classic Remodeling NW Inc.

I had the best remodeling experience with Classic Remodeling. They did a beautiful job and in a reasonable amount of time. I was always informed of their progress and of any necessary changes. Nothing was changed without my approval. Everyone that works for Classic Remodeling deserves 5 stars. Everyone was friendly, professional and honest. I chose well with this company and I have and will recommend them highly.

Avoid this company like the plague!! We received an estimate from the company. The numbers on the quote for the materials and allowances added up to just over 18,000. NO problem we expected that; however the total of the entire job was with tax included over 116,000. yes you read that correct over 90,000 in materials, labor and other work. This is a 280 Sq Ft studio, exterior already build, electrical already ran, we just needed the interior completed. On average, a high end custom built home is approx 150 a square foot. this would come out to around 45,000 (HIGH END) HOW is this project 116K? When I called to ask for an explanation on the rather large discrepancy, i was interrupted transferred around and then told I should find someone else to perform the work. WILL DO!!! This shop does not have their act together and I would say they are anything but professional. 1st call they scheduled an appointment with us 2nd call we asked to reschedule the follow up from wednesday to next friday. Apparently that did not happen they showed up on wednesday anyways. 3rd call was to request an explanation (to Ward the owner), he told me he would make this #1 on his priority list and get back to me first thing in the am. office manager called and left a message on the number that was not primary. 4th call was made to the office, was transferred from the receptionist to the office manager. I was cut off by both ladies when trying to ask my question. They were more concerned with telling me something than actually listening to my question, it was the most unprofessional treatment i have received outside a 7-11 or one could expect at a fast food restaurant. I will be doing as the office manager suggested and taking my money and my business elsewhere. I will also warn each and every neighbor about your horrible customer service and to stay clear. So glad we did not sign the contract...one can only imagine the service we would have received once bound....STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!
