It was a nice room, love the color choice and spaces all for a good price. There was a couple issues though. The need to clean a couple spots on the walls and the coffee maker, also the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. Other then those couple things I enjoyed my stay.

Things are broken rippes and just messy Im a hard worker trying to get some good rest I have pictures of the room and am very disappointed in the people they let in here 100 deposits and they cant fix anything i always check my room and let the front desk know whats wrong with the room I better not get charged
I'm a platinum wydhym member and stayed at different resorts and properties. I like staying at this location. The rooms are like small apartments you can open your door on a warm day over looking the mall . It's not the Hilton It's very basic and cozy. It's perfectly safe here! Yes it has a colorful nieghborhood. That's not the property fault,lol. No one bothers anyone here! unless you're like to be a busy bee and be up in everyone business. Then yes will get that attention you been looking for? The staff has been trained by corporate paid better and they are doing a good job. If you're a kinda high maintenance and expect a resort this place is not a fit for you?
literally if you need a cheap convenient place to crash here is fine. the smell of the rooms are very "not like your home" scented. but you need to understand that it is not your home ok. just buy lysol at the nearby Walmart and you'll be fine. there's a microwave and coffee machine and the bed is very comfy. bring your own nightlight because the lamps are kinda bright to sleep through aaaaand there's good TV here :)
Do not stay here, if I could give this place negative stars I would. We arrived and the door to our room was wide open, the carpet was soaked and the bathroom sink was clogged and full of some sort of brown liquid. I called the front desk and asked for maintenance. Nobody showed that night. We stayed for 5 nights, and the housekeepers didn't come until day 4 and only because I called to ask for more toilet paper and for maintenance to fix the sink. When the housekeeper got there, she asked what I wanted. I said a clean room. She changed the fitted sheet and that's it. She also said she would make sure maintenance came. Maintenance never came, and the sink stayed clogged the whole time. The heater was broken, it was either freezing in the room or we were sweating, there was no in between. The parking lot and other guests were consistently loud and nothing was done about it. This place is a total scam, dont waste your money.
Here is another spot to meet people like me and mine who are generally good people. The staff is cooperative and friendly. Enjoy the location which is one of the best! Everything you could want is near.
Nice rooms could be a little bit cleaner and staff could definitely be a little bit friendlier for sure and work on there customer service skills just a bit
Breakfast is advertised. But there was no breakfast. There's a special place in hell for people who promise food in the morning and don't deliver. Covid is not new, and it's not an excuse to lie to customers anymore. You don't have breakfast, you take the damn signs down. Common sense.
