I hadn't expected they would be able to help us relocate, rehome this violence, territorial feral that had been terrorizing our in door out door cats. But we went,and we explained what our situation was and they didn't even bat an eyelash. They processed his papers. Got me my trap back. (Bought specifically for him) and explained the program he was eligible for. As much hardship as he caused, he's a cat doing what a cat does. Especially a cat abandoned unaltered. He doesn't deserve to die beacuse it's a human that failed him at some point and made him into what he was. A survivor. I will always be grateful they were happy to place him.

Went in had 20 min ask if I could let a dog and see one one lady said you have to fill an app. Out so I started to same lady came out and told me to take my app. Home and fill it out there would've been no problem with me filling it out cause I was on the last page had 2 things to fill out they were in a hurry to go home and we're not interested in me trying to rescue a dog at all they just wanted to go home . I struggled all week just to get there by 4:30 and this is how they help the dogs and I to connect so I can get a dog after mine died . Very disappointed with the help here to save dogs .
