We are in the middle of a road trip across this great country and we ran into trouble with our travel trailer. I called multiple locations asking about parts and had no success until I called the fine servicemen at Five Star RV. We arrived with heavy hearts, as our dreams of hot showers and dishwashing were dashed because our water heater was leaking like a sieve. Barry Dunkin was able to quickly asses the situation and got us the part we needed, even though their parts department was closed. As we were leaving, re-energized with hope and the parts we needed to fix the tank, we enquired about the nearest dump station. With benevolent generosity the saints of Five Star RV offered us the use of their private dump station, again saving us time and hassle on our trip. I would highly recommend you stop in for a visit and tell them Andrew sent you.

I've rented an RV every summer for the last 4 years and have used a number of different rental places around the Seattle area. Five Star was by far the most professional and thorough of any of the places I've rented from. First and foremost, I think they have the best fleet of available rental vehicles of anyone out there. Anytime I call a rental place I always ask for the biggest and the best they have, and this was the first time I was genuinely impressed with the vehicle I received. Typically you can expect one or two small things on a rental RV to be broken, worn or outdated. But not with them. Their technicians are meticulous in their upkeep of the vehicles and everything was in tip top shape. In addition, their rental coordinators were the most organized and thorough when it comes to the paperwork and making sure you have all of the resources available (like a 24/7 concierge line) if you ever have any trouble. The one complaint I have is actually pretty standard in the RV rental industry, and that is that I couldn't drop the vehicle off on Sunday. I do wish they were open, even for a short time, on Sunday so that I didn't have to try to store/park the RV downtown near my apartment overnight. But that would really be the only thing that would push them over the top in terms of service. Next year when I rent again, Five Star will be my first call.
We recently rented an RV from Five Star RV Center in Everett and were pleased with the experience. Our sales associate, Jack, was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He answered our questions and promptly returned our calls. He patiently walked through the details of the RV with us and made sure we thoroughly understood every function. Jack even provided us with his personal cell phone number in case we needed it! We were confident in all aspects of the rig by the time we headed out. The vehicle was just as promised: super-clean, in great running condition and totally stress-free. And it was so nice that it didn't have a big "RENT ME" sign posted on the vehicle! So all-in-all, we had a great time, and are planning to rent again soon with Five Star RV Center in Everett. A solid, family-owned business that thoroughly earns our business!
keep my 1,000 deposit - Charged me for damages to this door, I don't see any damage to this door when I dropped it off - (04-09-18)WHEN I CALLED THEM FOR MY CHECK, THERE RESPONSE IS WRONG COOK, AND THEY CONFIRMED I DID NOT GET PAID MY DEPOSIT BACK FOR DAMAGES THAT WERE BOGUS AND NONE EXISTANCE WHEN THE RV WAS RETURNED.
Five Star Rentals were very professional and helpful. I rented a trailer for a hunting trip in Montana. The trailer was so much better than camping in a tent. It was in top notch shape and was very comfortable. Before I returned the trailer I cleaned it inside and out. There were no extra charges. If I don't buy a trailer in the next year I will be renting from them again.
They are great place to rent an RV (July-2017). Very positive and Helpful from beginning to end. We did have an incident with the trailer that was my fault, but they handled everything with first class service and style. Can't wait until the next time I need to rent.
Lucky enough to secure a brand new RV for a 10 day vacation in 2016. Jack did an excellent job from start to finish with the transaction. For our vacation in 2018, there was only one choice for our RV rental - Five Star RV Center. Thank you!
I bought a 2014 Coachmen Mirada from Five Star RV on 09/02/2016. The family loves this RV and it was a perfect fit for us. The office management and staff were extremely helpful in the purchasing process. They answered every question intelligently and treated me like family the entire time. My purchase price was well under market value so I felt like I got a great deal on my RV. I would definitely refer anyone looking for an RV or Trailer to at least come down to their lot, they have a very good selection from top of the line to beginner RVs and Trailers.
