Citroen. Beforehand: I wanted a ‘special’ car, with a sun roof. They found it after some troubles, but when we came to the contract they added some extras I did not need nor want. The answer: “This is the car and this is the contract. No changes.” I wanted that sun roof and I signed. The contract said (also): “Kit winter tires Michelin.” When they gave me the tires they were Uniroyal, decent brand, but not top of the range like Michelin. I complained because I paid for Michelin, but no way. It is some 80/100 euro problem, so I don’t go for legal actions for a small sum, but this is not correct (understatement). Be careful and check alternatives before committing with these guys.

If you want minimum service for a bundle of cash, you found it, local lada garage ran by 60 old year old mechanic and his Labradors is a 100 times better n cheaper!
