Taking classes with Jen has made an incredible difference in my strength, flexibility, stress control and overall fitness level. She is so knowledgeable about movement, and is able to offer coaching in the setting of the semi-private class. Her style is very encouraging, and she works to make the class accessible for people of all ages. I'm hooked!

I have been practicing yoga with Jen since early 2016. She teaches a style of yoga that focuses on improving one’s stability, mobility, strength and overall health. She is extremely knowledgeable in anatomy and biomechanics, and also approachable and encouraging to all who learn from her. Her classes and private sessions can be adapted and are suitable for people of all abilities. Whether you are a young athlete, a working mom in her 40s (like me), or an aging grandparent working to improve your mobility, I’d highly recommend you give For the Joy Yoga a try! You will love it!

Jen is an incredible yoga instructor, the best I’ve ever worked with. Her deep knowledge of anatomy helps ensure that every class is carefully crafted to relax and strengthen the body without injury. She plans a new class each week, which keeps us working different muscle groups and builds a strong sense of body awareness. I’ve gained a lot of strength and flexibility, and just love attending class with Jen. Her buoyant energy and passion for yoga are contagious.

The Monday \Man\-yoga class is great. Totally not what you would think. Leave feeling refreshed, but know your muscles are going to wake up feeling it the next morning.
