Called because our system said there were multiple issues within the heating and cooling system after this recent cold weather. Lost electricity for several days. Person answering phone was nice and said they could have someone out Monday. Today is Friday. Could get someone out after 5 if paid over 100 plus fees for parts and labor for after hours call.. Said okay if I must as I need the heat if possible. Meanwhile my wife talking to a neighbor lady who suggested I flip the switch at the breaker box off/on. It worked. That fixed it and working fine. Wonder why lady at company didn't do the neighborly thing and tell me the same thing.
