We were forced to work with Johnny Bolton for an appraisal on our home and despite the numerous factual errors on his appraisal we could not get it overturned or reviewed and we lost THOUSANDS due to his incompetence. Johnny Bolton spent a grand total of 19 minutes appraising a 5 bedroom house and he ruined a good sale to a very motivated buyer. He didn't get the measurements right and seems to use a template for a different property and just filled in our address. We countered his sloppy work point by point. The numbers don't lie. When confronted with numerous comps that placed the value of our property squarely within the selling price and the glaring objective factual errors, Bolton would not adjust and correct his appraisal. Stay far away from Bolton and Accredited Appraisals. If their names pop up anywhere in the conversation, demand a different appraiser before you're locked in and helpless.
