I ordered 2 pairs of earring online for pick up at about 4 pm. The site says they are normally ready for pick up in 24 hours. I got an email confirmed for a cancelled product because it was no longer in stock. That was fine, but I waited and waited for the pick up confirmation email. The next day at 5 pm, still nothing. I called customer service and a rep advised that orders are usually fulfilled within 4 hours. When I told her it has been over 24 hours she placed me on hold to give the store a call. She came back and told me the store said my order was ready for pick up. When I asked if I was ever going to get a confirmation email, she couldn't tell me. Alas, I went to the store for pick up and I was greeted by an older woman who acted like I was bothering her. She got my ID and could not find my order anywhere. She asked me if I got an email confirmation. I said no, but that I spoke to a customer service rep and they told me it was ready for pick up. She eventually found it, no apologies for the delay, and basically threw my ID on the counter instead of handing it to me. I thanked her as she was tying the ribbon on my bag and she rolled her eyes. I'm a return customer to Kay Jeweler's, first time at this location, and could not believe the service I received. They had my order in a random drawer and never bothered to confirm when it was ready to pick up. And the sales associate was clearly extra irritated when I said I called customer service. Last time I'm going to this location.

I have visited the store quite a few times. And it's been nothing but a pleasant visit. I was greeted and helped as soon as i came in the store. Their customer service is excellent.

I went here for some repairs and resizing of rings. I was helped right away after entering the store. I was able get my order completed. My only issue was I was asked not to take pictures by a manager, but there is no signs inside to reference this. I explained to the rep working I was taking photos for the Google location at the site, and I showed her my 1.9 million photo views, and told me I should have asked. Just did not seem very personable.

I lost my bracelet the first week of purchasing. Went to store to inquire what to do, was told home owners insurance. For next 3weeks I continued to look for it, did not want to use insurance Ihappen to be cleaning closet I reached on shelf lo and behold found it. Bracelet was broken took to store Kay Jewelry replaced it no questions asked. I'm so happy. Wonderful salespeople will shop there again. Thank you so much Mrs. Comfort
