Earlier this summer I purchased my first Subaru at the Evergreen Subaru in Auburn Maine! I've had the vehicle now for a couple months, and I'm thoroughly enjoying the experience of the new ride. Barry Dean was the gentleman who assisted me in the purchase, he's super knowledgeable, patient, and friendly! He knows his stuff and takes the time to explain all the perks, I can't wait to see what it's like driving in the winter with the snow. I'd highly recommend seeking out Barry Dean if you're interested in purchasing or have any questions about Subaru's!

I bought my Forester Feb 2020. I had a really good salesman help me. Wasn’t pushy at all. He was a good listener as far as what exactly I need in a vehicle for work/personal use. Which I loved! I even had some awesome upgrades like plastic floor mats (highly recommend and life changing). As well as two sets of tires (summer and winter). However, I was supposed to get a deep clean before I got it and DID NOT. I got a flat tire in Sept 2020 (no ones fault it happens). Went in to get 1 new tire and had them check all 4 - just to be safe and see how much life I have left. Ended up needing all new tires?! This is quite crazy for only owning the vehicle for 6 months and using winter tires for first few months... otherwise - Amazing customer service, personalities and knowledge. But I feel a little used to be honest. I am a small business owner. I completely understand you can only do so much wiggle room.

It was nice to go back to my hometown area and go to Evergreen Subaru. the staff was polite and courteous and got me right in and had the parts that I was there to pick up. The parts guy was nice enough to take a little time so I could ask him a few questions about Subaru that I have. And filled me in on questions that I had about the right manual transmission fluid. Friendly folks At The Evergreen Subaru and they definitely are about helping their customers leave satisfied! Thanks for a great experience Evergreen Subaru!!!

This was our first dealership visit and car purchase ever. Angie was terrific! She was extremely nice and helpful. We had felt a bit of a personal connection even from 6ft away. She took care of us and let us really lead our own way. Sallie was also extremely nice and helpful. They both treated our dogs like family. Don helped with our financing and again we were met with kindness. He's very knowledgeable of the industry and made the paperwork process quick and painless. We look forward to having a long relationship with this retailer and it's services.
