this place could be really great if managed properly. The first time I went, she \forgot\ about our appointment. she then said she was on her way. so i waited over an hour. i was in disbelief when she then charged me full price at the end of the service. she did offer that i could use her hot tub and sauna at a later date. so i figured i'd give it another shot, i could use a relaxing evening. she also forgot about this appointment, but i was able to let myself in with her instructions over a phone call. that's fine. but the hot tub didn't work... her excuse was racoons must have chewed the cord. and the sauna smelled like wet sponge. needless to say... disappointed. accountability, action or an apology would have been nice

So happy & thankful to found this amazing place & therapist! Tess is very professional and took the protective measurement during this pandemic. She wore mask & sterilized and sanitized the area. The environment is clean & well cared for. I recommend Tree Top Thai Massage to everyone who needs self care!

I went to this place for a birthday surprise that my friend set up. The gal was stand offish from the beginning. Her website pictures are far from what the place actually looks like. Her advertising was way wrong and she overcharged us. She charges 30 dollars per person per hour. Hot tub is old, jets don't even work, also someone elses hair was in the tub, so no proper sanitizing, also bathroom was disgusting. It is not a patio like on her website. And the sauna smelt like sweat with dirt everywhere. And guess what? For 2 hours? 200 dollars for 4 people. Ive had better experience at a proper hot springs and they don't even charge that much. What a major disappointment. I strongly suggest looking at other businesses.

I reserved 2 hours for my best friends birthday. I got the Hyrotherapy Patio Package on her website. On her website, it says you can bring a small group of people and the price was 30/HR. It did not say anything about it being for each person, just that rate. We drove almost an hour to Evergreen and realized the location was not what I thought, but it was okay. It looks like its more remote when it actually in the main street of Evergreen. I will be honest that I told her there was 2 people, but we brought four because it was a last minute addition. I thought since I am renting the whole patio for an hourly charge it wouldn't matter. We show up and she is automatically upset that we have four people (she later apologized which I appreciated). She procedes to say that it's 30 a person. I thought she meant for the two hours so I had the money for that. Let me make a note that she only takes cash which is odd. She had a small bathroom you could change in that had some used towels in the sink. We go to the hot tub and there was hair and other stuff in the hot tub. The hot tub was so old that the jets didn't work. The Sauna was the one thing that was okay. I started think about her comments about it being 30 a person and started to have a feeling that wasn't for the two hours, but we reserved it and I didn't want to cut it short since it was my friend's birthday. After we were done, I found out for the two hours of a dirty bathroom and hot tub it would have been 240. Since I didn't have that cash on me , she told me to bring 200 and call it good. That was nice of her, but honestly, I do not think it was worth the price at all or driving an hour there and back. Watch what the website says and what she tells you the price is when you arrive, but I wouldn't recommend this place.

Such an amazing first experience here, cant wait to make this a monthly ritual. I called the day of to see if she had openings for two people and she was able to get us in that evening. Soaked in the hot tub and sauna, then got a thai massage outside (perfect weather too!) and i can honestly say that i have never experienced such intense relief of my upper back pain from any other massage. She has perfected the intensity/gentleness ratio. You could tell that she was very in tune with the capabilities and limits of my body. So thankful to have found this place! Highly recommend if you are looking for deep relief!!
