An absolute joke. Every time I have come here with my girlfriend we have been waiting for hours and are always the last ones. There is no problem with the front staff but the medical staff are time wasters and don’t know anything about time managed. Both times it has been emergency appointments and both times they kept us waiting.

I like that you can get an appointment on the day. The doctors there show that they care and are always eager to help and do their best. Sometimes appointments run late, especially if you get an afternoon slot, but I guess that part of trying to fit everyone in and ensuring that people’s needs are met.

Can be a bit of a wait. Trying to get a same day appointment requires you to be calling again and again at 8am to get through when the lines open, but they often will be able to fit you in once you have managed to get through. Electronic prescription ordering system is great.
