Came for appointment today only to find it was a wasted journey, no one showed up. I had to get the landlady to make contact with the business to find out what was going on.. have sent a message trying to sort another appointment out but no reply as of yet.. from the beginning the service has been awful, I left 4 messages on their answering service with no reply, then a no show from the therapist, and now a no reply to my messages which have all been very polite... I've paid for this in advance so will be logging a complaint with Groupon if it is not rectified.very disappointed in their service so definitely won't be using these again.

Booked a massage for my sister’s birthday present with Avalon Holistic Health and all was scheduled, I arranged a day off work so I could baby sit my 3yr old niece whilst my sister, who has bad back pain and was looking forward to going to her appointment went into the town to go to her appointment. We had already been rescheduled to an hour later appointment by Jane but at the time of the appointment she was no where to be seen. When my sister called Jane, she made the excuse no taxi’s were available yet having known at 8:25 when she rescheduled that she had my sister coming in for 11am. Poor excuse. Very frustrated with this service. Have not rebooked and will not recommend - sent my sister to Iconic for the deep tissue massage they offered.
Jane offers a super service in a very relaxed atmosphere. She listens carefully to your personal health situation and requirements , and delivers a fabulous massage. Over the years I have had numerous massages of different kinds all over Asia and I can thoroughly recommend Jane's techniques!
Having booked three months in advance, my wife and I arrived to find no one turned up. Jane ignored our phone message left hours before the session and only called us back when the session times were well passed. Seems we 'were not in her diary'. Whose fault is that?? This business seems to be a total waste of time. DONT BOTHER!!!!
I paid for a 1 hour Reflexology session and all I got was a big dollop of Cetraben rubbed into my feet for 35 minutes. She did not even touch my hands and reflexology is supposed to be without oil or lotion. Waste of my time and money.
Booked a massage about 5/6 weeks ago now however been cancelled every time less than an hour before the treatment is meant to start. The first time was cancelled via text 10minutes before my appointment was due to start, I was already walking from my car to the salon. Apparently the owner was stuck in traffic.. second time was a migraine and third and fourth times were due to a chest infection. Whether this is true or not it's absolutely ridiculous and very suspicious. Avoid at all costs as it's a complete waste of time.
Jane is very knowledgeable and helped with a long standing problem to provide some much needed relief. Would highly recommend.
I went to see Jane with a really sore back with muscle spasms. The next day after the hot stone massage and some gentle stretching the soreness is subsiding and my back no longer feels so tight. Highly recommended! :-)
