Melanie and Sophia are exceptional professionals and do an excellent job at managing my rental property. They are always personable and polite and can be trusted, something which is very rare these days. Although I have had a couple different tenants Melanie and Sophia have found new ones promptly and as a consequence my property has never been empty since placing it with them in 2014. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any prospective landlord or tenant: they are a brilliant team.
We have found everyone at Belvoir Evesham to be friendly, helpful and professional. Problems are dealt with efficiently and the contractors employed by Belvoir are pleasant and good at what they do. So far, they have all been reliable. The house was in good condition when we moved in and regular visits by Belvoir staff ensure that any problems are quickly addressed. So far, a good experience.
